Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation
It reflects the collective voices, stories, and experiences of those working within and alongside the Home Stretch WA program. This Knowledge Hub is not owned by any singular individual or organisation; rather, it is a shared resource designed to uplift and support all Home Stretch WA employees.
The purpose of this hub is to promote culturally respectful practices, inspire collaboration, and provide guidance through the wisdom and expertise of those who contribute to this important work. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and respectfulness, the Knowledge Hub is an evolving resource that will grow and adapt over time.

SNAICC is the National Voice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
They work to see Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children grow up healthy,
happy and safe, connected to culture and Community.
The Home Stretch WA – Community of Practice would like to Acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we use. We would like to pay our respects to our Elders past, present and emerging. We are privileged to be a part of the longest living culture in the world.
